The Next Chapter

Last night, a close friend of mine that I hadn’t seen in five years since I left New Zealand arrived in Manila after her short visit to El Nido. It was a short visit but somehow, it was enough for us to reminisce and laugh about the random moments we had back in Auckland.

Over the past 3 months, I’ve met up with a high school friend who was Maori, had dinner with my lecturer from Whitecliffe in Auckland and then Mandy graced me with her presence last night. Call it a coincidence but I am taking it as a sign that New Zealand is somehow calling out to me.

#LatePost

The last time I posted on my website was back in May when someone stole my bike. Since then, I’ve switched jobs, moved from QC to Sampaloc and then back again, gained and lost friends, gained, lost and then gained weight again. I constantly have to remind myself that I have a website that I’m paying domain hosting for and that there are just lots of words in my head that I need to get out. But when it comes to putting pen to paper (or rather thumbs to my mobile keyboard), I end up being at a stump.

So until my words decide to come out of this used-to-be creative brain, I’ll just post random things.

Like the new doodle chalk wall at the office.

Yes, I’m back at TDP after a 20-month hiatus.
